Transactional issues and lag!

Omg this app is beyond frustrating. I always have issues checking out! How do you expect for customers to take advantage of sales when it can’t even run a simple transaction? Their fingerprint login feature also doesn’t work sometimes.

The app and website had been giving me problems for days and not even customer service could figure out why it was not letting me order. Customer service agent just told me you can always call us to order.

I love this app, I use it exclusively for making purchases. Recently, I am unable to add anything to my wishlist, this is a new problem but I can’t find a way to report it so I knocked a star off.

The app literally won’t let you favorite anything for later. Click the heart but it won’t save it to my wishlist. It’s very irritating when you want to go into your wishlist to buy something you thought was saved only for it not to be there.

Never order online with them!!!!!! This is the worst most difficult order I’ve EVER had to deal with in placing an online order ever. My order was cancelled not once but twice and the first time I wasn’t even notified. The only reason I placed an order in the 1st place was because they bombarded my freaking email!!!!! I called on behalf of this order no less than 6 times and multiple times I was assured my order was processed and I would be receiving shortly. The help you get with customer support is not consistent, Sometimes I got people who were super helpful and sometimes I got people who were absolutely rude with an attitude. I placed a $400 order on 10/28/20 and paid the $28 fee for 2-3 day shipping only to have them put my order on hold for a bank verification and then cancel it once I did complete the bank verification with no notification that it was canceled or why it was canceled. They had to entirely re-enter my order and give me overnight shipping for the inconvenience only for it to take over a week to get my bank verification, I completed for the SECOND time, approved when I was told it would only take 24-48 hours, I had to call AGAIN and have a supervisor check on it only to tell me everything was fine and I’d be receiving my order no later than the 12th due to the holiday coming up this Wednesday. Then I wake up this morning with several emails saying my order was canceled and with all separate emails saying each item was canceled. Words can not explain how incredibly frustrating this experience has been, I will no longer be shopping at torrid and will be closing my torrid credit card. I have 0 intentions of ever having a credit card through commenity bank EVER again this was so horrendous.

Torrid is the best store. I tell everyone I meet that you have the best, most comfortable, most flattering jeans in existence. I have so, so, SO many of your graphic tees and sweatshirts. I love trendy, fun, pop-culture stuff and you guys have it all. I always check Torrid first for sports team stuff too, my Philly Eagles tees & sweatshirts from Torrid are the ones I reach for over & over. Excellent jewelry & accessories too. Your sales and rewards programs are great, I use the app all the time. Looooove Torrid!!!!

Shopping Online is SO EASY!! You get to see the newest items along with old favorites. But sometimes you have to act really fast like on super WOW items—the red denim jacket and the velvet leggings for example!!!! Did I mention the ability to perfect your order any time of day or night? Torrid shopping is just FUN!!!!! Carol

I Love their modern styles! All my clothes are literally from Torrid. I know I don’t have to look anywhere else because I can always trust they have something out there for me that fits and looks Sexy, Modern, and Beautiful.
