Great app, stopped working

Haven’t used the app in a while. Worked great before. Have iphoneX now, won’t even load. Tried tossing and reinstalling to no avail. Bet the team is working on it.
I was looking forward to the Tone Print side of my FB2...

Unfortunately, this app freezing during its startup operations, and I have never gotten it to work. What a shame. Disappointed... to think that TCE is advertising their pedals based on this cruddy app.

When are they going to fix this app? It freezes on launch almost every time. On the rare occasions when it will run, it freezes after beaming a tone print. The only way to reliably load tone prints to my pedals is via the desktop app, which involves removing the pedal from my board and hooking it up to my computer via USB. In its current state this app is useless.
Poorly documented, lacks the editor on iPhone, but a revolutionary concept.

tc electronic created a revolution in effects pedal with Toneprint, but they have done a very poor job of following up with great software. Without the ability to save and load custom Toneprints from the iPhone app, the user is forced to bring an iPad or laptop to a gig. That's not a workable solution for many. Documentation of the parameters in the editor is very poor, but as far as the Toneprint products work, they are superb effects pedals. I think that too much emphasis has been placed by their new parent company on revamping the former Behringer pedal line, and it's taking away from the core tc electronics products. If tc electronic gave us the ability to share our own Toneprints and load them from our iPhones, they would dominate the pedal market.

Can’t load app past the *loading artist images* screen. Fix your app TC. You’re making a bad impression on a first time user. Maybe I should have bought the boss ns2 or decimator instead of the sentry

Tc should be ashamed for even rolling this out before they tried it . It's crap don't waste you time with the download. it would not run on my ios phone. Just flat out wouldn't load. Again Tc should scrap until they can fix.

Simply put the app won’t even open for me. Could be cool if it worked. Guess I’ll never know ??♂️

The pedals are awesome and the TonePrint function is very cool. But this app is pretty terrible. It is doesn't seem to be scaled for any new device. It's looks like iOS 5. There's still no editor on iPhone which is what we need. And the iPad app still doesn't adjust orientation from last I checked. Music Group hire some engineers and make this the best pedal on the market.
