The app pops out and doesn’t work on my iphone 7 after I updated the app. please fix the update

Starts to load then crashes. Using an iPhone SE running OS 11.4. C’mon guys, need to be able to select TonePrints on the fly. Love the pedal, want to be able to use it to its potential. Maybe just my phone?
Update and iPhone 7= no more TonePrint

The new update won’t even open on iOS 11.4. TC Electronics told me I’d have to wait for Apple to fix it. Really?
Sadly the newest version only crashes on launch

I used to use the app until I updated it. Now it only crashes on launch. Makes you wonder.

Hi TCE! I was excited about the new version, but it crashes after loading for a while. Even deleting and reinstalling did not work. It moves to the background when crashing, but crashes again when selecting it. I'm on a 7 plus with iOS 11.4. So I guess this is more of a bug alert than a review. Hopefully, you'll have it worked out soon! 5 hours after writing this, I tested it on my iPad (same iOS version),and it opened just fine. Tested again on iPhone and it loaded and opened! A database snafu? Cloud clutter?

The UI is far better than before. I dig it. As for the editing on mobile thing, you need a camera connector kit for your phone which is a bit annoying. I'd much rather be able to beam edits like any normal toneprint. The app did crash on boot up multiple times when I was using it in an area where web access was restricted (school wifi). It works fine at home though.

As promised, revised review. This app is now awesome due to the fix of the crash. I am looking forward to all the sounds I can make with my TonePrint pedals.

Tone print is a really cool concept but what’s not cool is that the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t seem to want to open... I can’t really do anything with it. It can’t be used for what it’s designed and intended for. It’s kind of like how Jesus can’t do anything with you unless you open your heart to him. ... open your hearts and also fix the app please! Thank you I’ll be looking forward to the update Jesus loves you
