I never got the tone print to even work I have tried everything and looked at every forum and video... and also the app is dated looks super old
Poor load time at Start-up

App lags and stalls while loading. Today, there is no reason to build an app that starts up so poorly. I mean, you guys designed something that can beam TonePrints through your phone and a guitar pickup. The mobile app needs to be better. Please fix asap.

I would just like to write a review singing the praises of the functionality and design of the app. I would like to tell you that the app has been a great addition to my sonic palette. I would like to thank TC’s app developers for putting together such a great tool to use alongside what might be my favorite delay pedal, the Flashback I. I would like to do these things, but I can’t because the app won’t open for me to actually use the freaking thing. I feel like this app is just 58 MB of missed potential; a great idea that basically nobody is going to be able to use because it just won’t start up. TC, please have someone take a look at this thing! Your FX pedals are great, I just want to be able to add that proverbial fuel to my creative fire!
Doesn't Live Up to the TC Electronic Reputation

Launch this app and you get: "Reading product images...", "Reading effects images...", "Reading artist images...", "Checking for new stuff...", etc., etc. Around 40 seconds later, you finally have access to your toneprints. Instead, how about launching the app and getting your list of favorite toneprints in just a few seconds? What's worse is that if your device goes to sleep (say...while you're performing a song on stage) or you have to use another app for a second, the Toneprint app starts over again from the beginning and you have to wait another 40+ seconds for everything to load. This app is useless in a live situation or even when you just want to preview some toneprints. Takes too long. Not at all what i would expect from TC Electronic.
Needs more functionality

For those who have a BG250 bass amp, like me, would love to be able to edit the tones. Certain ones need, at a minimum, serious level adjustments. Would love to be able to tweak them. Also would love to be able to hear a sample of the toneprint directly from the app.
I expected more from tc newer iPhones do not work with tone prints

This app actually worked a year ago when I purchased my Flashback Delay and was really cool. Now it will not load. It always gets stuck on artist images when loading. So my pedal is basically stuck on the last one I beamed to it several months ago. I’ve tried deleting the app and then redownloading, resetting my phone, everything but nothing works. Seems that TC Electronics is ignoring customer reviews and doing nothing. Oh well, still a very nice delay pedal but I feel as though something was given and then taken away. It’s a real shame.
