Checking for new stuff online...

Your Lord and Master

Checking for new stuff online... Still checking for new stuff online... I actually got this app to work one time and it was really cool! But right now it's just checking for new stuff online. Please fix this app. I just got the flashback and I want to see what I can do with it.

App doesn’t load anymore

Johnstheepicestpersononearth

The app wasn’t a great app in the first place, but it was more convenient than my laptop. Now it won’t load altogether, so please fix that, the pedals and the toneprints are actually really amazing!!

Genius TonePrint Technology Deserves a Decent App

Spblat

TC Electronic pedals are affordable and yet amazing at any price. And being able to tweak and choose among all these different presets by “beaming” settings through your pickups is a brilliant innovation. But this app is terrible. It takes tens of seconds, sometimes minutes, to load. Imagine being between songs (or sets) and wanting to change tones without a good internet connection. This is unforgivable. Also the app doesn’t feel like a proper iOS app. Menus are clunky, they don’t respond to a swipe from left, and the overall UI design is very 1990s. Please invest in getting it right for version 4. This amazing innovation deserves a world class app, not this mess. Thank you TC!

App no longer works

drbulbulia

As mentioned in other reviews, the TonePrint concept is great, but at its best this app is poorly designed, clunky and slow. The app always loaded slowly. Now it simply no longer works. TC hope, I you can get your act together. Reflects poorly on an otherwise outstanding company.

Pretty amazing

EricCatDaddy

There’s a lot of focus on what this app doesn’t do, but not much on what it does. The new Flashback2 delay out of the box sounds great. So I listen to samples online from favorite artists like Steve Morse, select one on my iPhone, and download it to the pedal through my guitar pickup. It’s all free and for me worked perfectly. No, the software is not a work of art, but the user-base on something like this is tiny compared to a game. So the software is utilitarian. Kudos to TC Electronic for a great and innovative product.

Really clunky

Pentatonic145

Stuck on “Retrieving artist images” and had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to move past that. Scrolling is really clunky - something is broken with the UI of this app. Plus super-dated appearance. Needs a proper update.

Wish it didn’t take 10 thousand years to load

Way outdated

Jabba Jamma

TC really boasts and markets their toneprint feature on their pedals. Beam it right from your phone. Yet, this app is horrendous. Extremely outdated, takes forever to load, in dire need of an update. Hey guys over there at TC, take a break from everything and focus on making this thing relevant again. It really makes you look bad.

Not working

TheSAJ11

App is stuck and frozen, will not open.using IPhone 7 with the latest iOS version.

Now my mini pedals are useless

JTfasho

The app straight freezes when it starts up. Can’t handle the artist images. Fix this Toar. Fix it now!
