One of the best things about Tom Thumb was the app and how easy it was to clip the coupons you wanted. I have not shopped at Tom Thumb ever since the update. I have only been going to Target since their app is more user friendly when shopping for deals. It’s disappointing because Tom Thumb was more convenient for me to go to because it’s closer to me than target. But now I’d rather make the drive

Keeps logging me out!!!!!!!

I love using this app since I’m always going to Tom Thumb in Frisco, Tx. Ever since I went to an iPhone this app is constantly logging me out the app. I have seen multiple updates and still has yet to be resolved. I attempted to find a contact email but can’t. Please get this fixed PLEASE!!!!!!! If it wasn’t for this one issue I would definitely give this 5 stars.

This new version is worthless

This updated version is completely horrible. You can no longer view your rewards as it shows you have zero. You can hardly ever clip a coupon, everything is catered to app online ordering only. If you are not ordering on the app that this is pretty worthless. It is the most un-user friendly app I have used in a long time. I love Tom Thumb, and I loved the old version, please get this fixed and make something more user-friendly. The old version I would have given five star review, this version barely deserves one star. Plus I’m always having to re-sign in and it doesn’t remember me and then it tells me my information is wrong. Please get this fixed

To difficult to shop

You have made it difficult to use your app that I frequent the store less and less. Before you could select from the add and establish your list quickly and easily. Now the add serves no purpose and takes more time to go section by section to establish your shopping list. BAD MOVE.

Worst Redesign Ever

I used to use this app almost daily, but since the redesign, I barely want to open it anymore. Now one has to go digging to find deals and rewards. The user interface is unnecessary complicated. Hate this app.

Lost ability to filter coupons by category

UPDATE: Bumping up to 4 since adding Deals by Category. ORIGINAL: Only refinements are All Coupons (Coupon Center) and Personalized Deals. No way to filter the 280+ coupons by category. One would have to scroll through the full list in order to check them all. I do not care about Personal Care or Household Items, and in the past I could choose to not view those. No more. Can’t wait for more grocery options to come to my neighborhood. Stuck between Albertsons (TT), Kroger and WNG. Blah.

Update fail

I updated the iPhone app and it logged me out, and now I can’t log back in using my email. I get a message that says it is sending a code to my email but I never receive it. I am still able to view my savings on my iPad, but I don’t take that with me when I shop. Pretty useless at this point.

Locks up. Hard to quickly see all the coupons - that all used to be in one place. Hard to locate the weekly ad. Overall hate the organization and navigation. I regret updating this app.
