Problem
Super shell 28
Sometimes the offer description is too long to see on the initial icon, but when you select the offer the brief description is not available. The only thing you can then see is the lengthy “conditions”. Also, I used the old “list” area to make my shopping list only to find that now it’s a delivery list so that when I went shopping at the store, I did not get any of the deals/coupons I had selected because they were in the “list” section.
Update ruined this app

The original app was the reason I started shopping at Tom Thumb exclusively. It was so easy to use and made shopping trips fast and fun. This new app is a clustered nightmare.
Horrible update

This new update is horrible. Everything is cluttered and even when you attempt to use the filter feature it shows you 20+ of the exact same items. You have to scroll through all the madness just to get to the next product. The old app was better. If something isn’t broke why fix it??!!!! This update wasn’t well thought out at all.

I agree with the updated version being harder to use!! I liked being able to see my coupons and add them to my cart so they would be applied. The new version is confusing on where to find the just for U coupons. Other than the updates that ruined everything, I really loved the app!!
The older version offers what’s special with the weekly ads

Few people likes this new UI, but I still prefer to look at the old ver with weekly ads. Combine these two features will be great. Now I have no ideas what is on sale, had to use the Albertsons version
Miserable update

Truly the worst update of a good app ever. I am ready to switch grocery stores because of this. Thank goodness H-E-B is coming to Dallas and Plano.

Stupid app won’t even let you get started. Get as far as your email and tried both codes they sent and they said they are incorrect. That’s why I hate these apps, but if you don’t get it, you get left out!!!!
Probably excellent for the recluse, and pretty good for the rest of us too.

6/16/21 update. Downloaded the app again today just to see, and to my surprise, In store grocery list returns. Looks like I’m welcome back in the store. :) I appreciate you listening to some of the feedback. Thanks! Previous review: I’ve used this app for quite some time. I shop for my groceries at Tom Thumb, and I’ve always found it convenient to create my grocery list through the app. It could have used some tweaks and polish, but for me, this new overhaul has completely missed the mark. For example, it seems that the app is pushing me to either have my groceries delivered or pull up outside the store and have them brought out to me. No thank you! I will go into the store, pick out the items I want, purchase them, say hello to the employees & my neighbors, and then go home. How about a simple grocery list that indicates sale items for those of us people who still prefer to live amongst other people? I’ll continue to shop at Tom Thumb, but I deleted the app. Frustrating as h3ll.

The old apps works much much better. The current one is so confusing and not intuitive. So messy and all over places. Please roll back this change. The current one is horrible.
