Sometimes things are better left alone. This app was designed for people who prefer not to shop. I hate it!

Good must have been delivered to wrong address. Contacted their chat team and received no help. Agent didn’t give refund or setup to redeliver items. Driver didn’t even provide a picture of groceries outside of supposed delivery.

I can’t use signed up on the app called customer service couldn’t help didn’t try to help app has said sorry try back later for 2 day Also I went to the questions and as I mentioned they told me they couldn’t help I enter my phone and the code they send me doesn’t work or times out phone or email

I can’t even use the app. I opt for a msg entry and get a code then get prompted with “expired code”. So I try the email to simply get the same response.

You can’t use this app unless you create an account. The App used to be really good and worked great, but with the updates came the problems and now you can’t even access the App unless you sign in.

I’ve been using the new updated app for several weeks now. I still hate it and miss the old app. I can’t find anywhere when my rewards expire. This month? Next month? No way to tell. It’s clunky to go through to find useful deals.

Search needs improvement

When I search for something it just flat out says they don’t have it instead of telling me if a further away store has it. Why is it I can Google and see that Tom Thumb has 5 different flavors of the brand of chocolate I want, but in this app it shows one flavor, out of stock, with no picture? Please fix the search engines.

App is terrible, hard to use. Albertsons is worse. Can’t believe both of these are not user friendly. Worst apps on my phone
