This store is very convenient for me. A couple of the people are nice but others act like you don’t exist and I’m talking management people. The message I get is it’s not a happy place to work. I want to shop at a friendly store where people appreciate that I shop there. The stock of food is many times out of what I buy and some items they quit carrying. If it wasn’t so convenient I’d shop somewhere else. I do like the Just for You but it sometimes it’s confusing as they’ll have the same thing for different prices.

Love Tom Thumb app and store awesome customer service and love the savings and rewards. Fresh produce, cakes, fruit and meat.

App no good if U can’t add items! 4 a week keep getting message “service problem” losing out of my rewards!!! Needs 2B fixed
Update is horrible

The ability to easily find and shop from the weekly add is horrendous. In addition, it adds items in gibberish to your shopping list and not even in a category, then doesn’t let you change the category.
Password problem

Wish you would keep my address and password. I have to put it in most times even after checking the “keep my password box.” PLEASE correct this.
