I feel that this store is run very well, when ever I have relayed information to store managers I felt that they listened to my issue and that they would deal with it right away. The best produce around fresh and delicious and well stocked very clean. Very very frustrating however when some people in the produce section don’t speak or understand English well enough to help me. Barbara (a manager) has always been so kind to me and willing to do whatever she can to make my grocery experience easier. Thanks so much, Barbara I appreciate you!! Ronda DiTirro McKinney, Texas

Coupons should automatically be applied to purchases if I purchased an item with the last 6 months so that I don’t have to click on items every day! But it is much easier than hand coupons! Thanks
Hasn’t Worked in Over a Week

I used to love this app, but Not lately. It hasn’t worked in over a week. You can’t even properly access it. Once you open it, it immediately shuts down. WTH?!

I often forget my password on phone apps or am in too big a hurry to shop when I’m there, but now that I’ve actually taken the time to check out the app because of the Monopoly game I realize how much I could have been saving so easily had I known better. It’s just too easy to save if I just take the time to open up the app whenever I’m in the store - I’ll be sure to make the effort from now on, what was I thinking? I guess I was just not knowledgeable enough to know better before. Now I know!

I’ve had the app for about a year and the last several times I’ve tried to use it it just crashes. iPhone. Very frustrating as we shop primarily at Tom Thumb.

I love this store!! They closed few years ago and i was disappointed but they came back!! I love shopping in this store!! I don’t go any where for groceries!!!

This app stinks. I thought it was great at first because I could order my groceries on my phone and have them delivered. I’m pretty much a shut in so this worked out great for me. But then the app wouldn’t recognize my password when I tried to check out and would not let me change it. Customer service said it was the app and I should try checking out on the computer. I did that except (unknown to ME) instead of being delivered to my home the groceries were left waiting at the store. The same thing happened AGAIN today and Tom Thumb is not willing to do anything to make it right. So I’m left sitting here without the food that I needed.
