Terrible home delivery

I have had my groceries delivered for about a year. When TT had their own delivery trucks service was great. Now the service is terrible they were suppose to leave bags on front step. Oh!! No!!! One bag was on the front step and each bag after that was placed behind that bag all the way down my sidewalk. I’m handicapped and requested my bags to be close. I had to wait hours until my daughter came by to bring them in. I had meat eggs and frozen food in the bags. I couldn’t even use my walker to get out side to put the bags on n roll to the kitchen. I’m terribly disappointed with TT! Their delivery service is -10 at this time. I’ve changed my order to competition only use TT for a couple of things.

The design seems take you go around and around with the same stuff. Rarely use the “My list” tab. Its does not have location of the item. Take forever if you looking for a small item. Its just too confused if you are 1st time users.

I’ll never shop at any store I have to get out and click on anything to buy groceries!! It is a complete waste of time shopping maybe the website designer likes having a phone in his hand all day long??? Does his/her phone tell him/her when to pee- pee or when poo- poo??? If I didn’t get my RX’s there I wouldn’t walk in your store....

Old app more user friendly. **Update: latest update made it worse. I have expired deals in my list they say “expiring soon”. Um no, they expired last month and should drop off. This makes it harder to keep up with my actual current deals.

I love the online app because I can clip a coupon and not search the the store to find items. I dislike that so many coupons have NO items available. I have also had issues with all discounts being applied on line orders and in store purchases.

Pls include store phone numbers!

This may be the only retailer app that doesn’t show phone numbers of stores! There isn’t even an explicit “Store Locator” icon! It is hidden as “Pick up”.

Ok app but needs help

You need to make your app tablet friendly, 1st you need to make it were it knows what orientation the tablet is in! 2nd. Fix the weekly add viewer, it just doesn’t work and makes me close the app and go else where, you try and use it but no there is always something in the way of the ad 3rd fix the zooming feature. Good luck

Too many fees and substitutions

Fees are very high now, not sure what they’re for, I see $10 delivery and about $5 tip, tax, but can’t see what other fee is possible? Sometime the shopper doesn’t read the specific directions on selections, and things like getting two quarts fresh strawberries each half coated in mold, yuck! Delivery is usually good though
