My son loves it but every time we reopen the app it takes him right back to the same level he already did, so he has to do it all over again to do more.

I saw the ad on Instagram and I decided to try this game for my 2 1/2-year-old daughter. It entertained her for a while but it is kind of hard to navigate for her. A lot of the games are too easy or they are too hard. There’s not a lot of in between. When I went to cancel my subscription I saw that they had charged me the $60 for the full year. I contacted both Tiny Tapp and Apple and they both refused to refund my money. For some families $60 is a lot of money. It’s sad that I can’t get a refund for something I’ll never use. Don’t be a sucker like me.

The trial app was great to start out with. I noticed each day when using the app, certain completed activities would repeat. I wrote to inquire and did not receive a response. Some activities my son would guess on until correct response so it did not seem like my son was responding based on learned material. Finally, first month was charged, and app locked out indicating account is not registering as paid. Again I wrote to customer support, and have not received a response. I canceled my membership and wished I could refunded since I was not able to use the app since charged.

Great games but technical troubles

Many of the games have issues responding to user screen taps to click or drag items, making it impossible to complete the game. My kids love the games when they do work though. And I feel like they are very educational.

Don’t get sucked into the free trial...

Don’t get sucked into the “7-day” free trial, you really only have up to 6 days and then they’ll yank the money for a year’s subscription out of your account so fast your head spins. My son doesn’t even like the games. I went to cancel this morning (day 7), but the renewal had already gone through. TinyTap’s FAQ says contact Apple directly and Apple decided this doesn’t deserve a refund. So now I’m out $70 which may not be tons to some people but I’m hurting over it. Not pleased.

We can’t play the games

One of the first screens asks you to choose your child’s language. I chose English and hit next but an error message keeps popping up telling me to choose a language. We can’t move on to the games because of this. Is it something I’m doing wrong or is it a malfunction?

From 7/29/19 to 8/25/19 they got in contact with me about this matter for couple of days and that’s it I deleted the app cause like I told the developer Is not for me and my child and they took my money because I haven’t got a reimbursement or another email or anything. TinyTap ??? I took the 7 day trial so I could try the app, one time I opened this app to know wasn’t what I wanted, I forgot to unsubscribed but also they charged my bank one day before my 7 days trial ended, without notification of any kind. I emailed them 2 minutes after I got charged that was on July 25 and this is the moment 7/29/19 6:11pm eastern that I haven’t heard from anyone regarding tiny tap. I don’t want this 70.00 US dollars app.
