Customer support never responded – TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games Review

The trial app was great to start out with. I noticed each day when using the app, certain completed activities would repeat. I wrote to inquire and did not receive a response. Some activities my son would guess on until correct response so it did not seem like my son was responding based on learned material. Finally, first month was charged, and app locked out indicating account is not registering as paid. Again I wrote to customer support, and have not received a response. I canceled my membership and wished I could refunded since I was not able to use the app since charged.
