Don’t trust that you can cancel The subscription anytime because it’s not true. I tried to cancel my subscription with the “free trial” and the link from the app to manage your subscription doesn’t work. I contacted app support and their answers was related to improve the experience with the app but I was clear when I said I wanted to cancel my subscription. Then the emails responds when I continue trying to cancel My subscription took several days. Finally they informed me I have to cancel via Apple but it was late because the charge has gone through. Regarding the app is very slow, searching or access to the games does not have a easy flow, I didn’t lie it and my kid neither.

I have been trying to cancel a subscription which I DID NOT authorize.. I had previously viewed the app on a prior phone and was not interested because I felt my daughter was too young for the app and could not afford it and then deleted it .. when I had to upgrade my phone.. somehow I was charged for an annual subscription !! I haven’t been able to reach anyone to help me..

It is impossible to contact a customer service representative. We are charged year after year and have to file a dispute for fraudulent charges with our bank to get refunded. How do we make it stop!!!!

You can’t actually use this until you pay with credit card.

This was recommended as a free education app on an online article. Guess what? You can’t even use it without submitting credit card info. How is this app free of it has a paywall? What a waste of my time. Look elsewhere to other developers who are honest. This is slimy.

Best Learning Tool for Children!!!

My daughter just turned 2 and I LOVE this app for her. It isn’t only an app or a game, it’s a great learning tool for all ages. It’s a creative and fun way to learn and it’s 100 times better than kids just watching shows on YouTube. It’s interactive, fun and challenging. My daughter is counting, matching shapes and colors, and speaking full sentences. I absolutely recommend this app to any parent that wants to see their child excel!

I decided to get this app because it popped up on Instagram after I downloaded another educational game for my two year old but I wasn’t about to pay 5.99 a month just for the game to be crappy so I did the trial which lasted 30 min it kept freezing everytime my son completed a task so I had to close the app and open it again we’ll the 5th time I did so it wouldn’t allow me back in the game without paying..... um sorry but your free games were just the games that cost a one time fee of 2.99 but on one app

Impossible to Unsubscribe

For some reason, the steps given to unsubscribes isn’t working. Not user friendly especially if you choose to not use it. I feel trapped and will be automatically charged after the trial period ends.
