Why do all of these learning apps cost money

Would be nice to have free portion of the app without being obligated or asked to sign up for a free trial. Maybe split it into basic and premium. I just wanted to test it out first with my child without signing up for a trial. Then forgetting about it and getting charged. I’ll be uninstalling.

I downloaded the app and it doesn’t do anything. Just takes me to a blank blue screen.

Was excited to let my son use this app and it never loaded ...I tried multiple times and it keeps taking me to a blue screen ..tap the screen and nothing happens..delete

My daughter didn’t really like the app. She wasn’t hooked right away and still wanted to watch you tube and play other games. I forgot to cancel it so got charged $60. Understand that I didn’t cancel, but even cancelling right at 7 days wasn’t enough - charged me anyway!

It’s a Great App but it’s confusing for my 4 year old to get to the next lesson.I can’t even figure it out and for the price their should be a customer Support Tab at least..The search engine should be updated at least.

I love the app for my daughter but it constantly crashes in the middle of a lesson. So annoying!!

I downloaded this app a year ago for my then 2 year old but she wasn’t interested in the content just yet. I deleted the app and thought I had unsubscribed but was recently auto-renewed and unexpectedly charged $64 for a subscription we don’t use and have been denied a refund.

Tiny Tap helped in NO WAY to get my money back! I did NOT setup the account to pull $59.99 out of my checking and when I went to ask for a refund they did NOTHING to help me and Apple refused to give me a refund through their automated system. Terrible experience trying to help my son with Tiny Tap he didn’t even like the games and couldn’t stay focused! Will be letting ALL of my friend know about this company and how they just make money off parents and DO NOT want to help families!
