We can’t play the games – TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games Review

One of the first screens asks you to choose your child’s language. I chose English and hit next but an error message keeps popping up telling me to choose a language. We can’t move on to the games because of this. Is it something I’m doing wrong or is it a malfunction?
