My location is wrong on a regular basis. Weird to get used to logging in and out everyday.

Had put it on phone have not been able to log in or out then it stopped working with password !!! It use to do Face ID that stopped as well
No push notifications

Buggy, freezes, or opens and closes, no push notifications making it pointless to get notifications in the app. No prompt to approve hours for workers, not well thought out, rushed to service with little regard for end user families.

This app is a disaster, I don’t get approved for hours I should get approved.... also app is always down. Will delete times be itself. This has been a huge thumbs down for me. Haven’t got paid on time, denying hours when I stay under 40 a week. This app needs to be shut down. They are losing a bunch of attendants. I’m almost over this app it glitches so bad as well. Be prepared to lose hours and pay! Prepared to not be able to clock in and out. I wish I could give negative stars.

It’s been 4 months using this app and can’t seem to figure it out.. this app is horrible!! It refuses to keep me logged on. I have to sign on every time. Get rid of this app.

This app does not work right and when you call them they tell you how great it is and supposedly there are no problems. Right now it is duplicating my hours times 4! How can this app say I worked 14 hours 4 times in the same day !! There is only 24 hrs in a day ?. Someone needs to do something with this and there is constantly time overlapping errors happening. Frustrated and sick of this ?
