Terrible app, waist of time, hard time logging hours

Can’t even log my time in because it said someone locked it. Not a single other person is logged on and putting time in. Dumb app, completely waist of time and energy. Not to mention many older folks don’t know how to use this app nor any other apps in general.

Put in my hours for the day and they won’t even show up now. Even my hours from a few days ago don’t show up on payroll.

This is deleting entries as well as changing times after they been submitted and approved.

This app is horrible. It never works. It constantly says We didn’t log out and states it had to stop itself at midnight. We constantly have to edit the times. I even take screen shots when logging out for proof. Two of us live with the patient. Do you know how inconvenient it is to remember to log in twice a day. You have to stop what your doing at an exact minute to log in and out. She is cared for 24/7 so stopping what you doing, if u even remember, is ridiculous. Might not sound inconvenient but setting alarms all day long just to stop what you are doing is very inconvenient, then take more time to edit it. I called ppl to see if we were gonna get in trouble for constantly having to edit the times. They said no. Ok then why can’t we just put our hours in the way we always have?

Doesn’t keep time or work half the time. It’s hard to believe a developer actually created this app - doesn’t meet any kind of decent standard

I have been using this app for about 30 days now. So far, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have never had a problem with losing entries, but found that I did have to follow through to the end of the submission, which was a little sketchy to figure out. Everything is entered immediately and shows up in real time, and I’m actually liking how easy it is to record my hours. My device is an iPhone 6s Plus—maybe the interface for other phones causes some issues? In my case, the app is fine so far—no problems at all.

I have to agree with everything Hot Mess has said. It ALWAYS says they had to stop the clock and my worker has to edit it. They need to STOP this online crap and go back submitting it the old school way using PAPER and PEN.
Can not get my location correct

I finally was able to get my consumers location updated but the app still reads the old location which make it impossible for me to punch in and I have sent about 10 emails and call about 20 times and the problem is still not solved.This has been a big mess.

App never works, always says experiencing technical difficulties. I live with client so I am here all the time. Logging in on a bad app just takes away from the time i could be giving to client. It’s time to get new developers to make this app work the way it should.
