I’d say on average it works 5 out of 7 days properly. Locks me out and doesn’t record my mileage half the time. I wish they’d do away with this app and find something that actually works constantly.

It’s not a good application because it’s impossible to be taking care of an ill person and tracking time because it distracts you from your job and you forget about sign out. Papers are better because when you finish working it’s easier to go to the app, and submit your hours without being in between your job duties and submitting your time.

How difficult is it to simply let the app remember the username which is a 30 character long email address. I dread using this app because of that. Am not even asking you to remember my password or use biometrics/faceID

I’ve been using this app since September. It worked great until the new features update that happened on November 17th. Now I’m getting error messages this whole week and three of my shifts don’t even show up for my employer to approve so the app isn’t working for them either. As of right now, I deleted the app and put it back on and can’t even clock in at all. Just a technical difficulties message appearing. I need some help getting this fixed.

Every time they update gets worse! If any company is looking to use this app keep looking. The employees I have using it hate it. If the state use this it has to be bad cause they won’t spend any money for something worth having. Has clocked people in and them not working. Has removed hours that was there. Just locks up for hours. When u need it won’t work right. if I could give it a zero I would this won’t let me rate it that low. Good luck

How come there is no option to reset or change security questions. Please fix it on a next update

The new update is actually working pretty well? I’m cautiously impressed. I wish that when I miss a clock in I could add one and have it start counting from the time I entered, rather than have to wait till after the shift is over to input the whole thing manually. Or if I miss my clock out let me alter the clock out time rather than delete the clock in punch and enter the whole shift manually.

Now that they changed the app recently I have no idea how to use it and now my pay is being late. I have no idea how to easily read my past time logs or easily see my approved time. I absolutely hate the new app. And will delete the app if it isn’t fixed where people can use it easily like before. You know the saying “if it’s not messed up leave it alone.” App developers should take that advice

Why did you have to update the UI. Make no sense, this is not Instagram. People who use this up are looking for simplicity. Why updating and taking away clear features. Now I can’t click “select all” So I have to approve one day a the time? Seriously. Unbelievable Please go back to the old UI… Unless your end goal is to make it hard for people to use it, then you hav succeeded.
