Very much dislike the newest version

The newest version is nicer to look at, but quite useless when it comes to keeping track of times worked. With the other app, searching for says and times as well as pay period was easy and simple since you could see the calandre weekly view. With this version, my paychecks no longer show in the app, there are constant glitches and over all very displeased with this version. Please “update” to previous version.

When I am able to login if I attempt to remove hours due to be unlimited to 40 hours a week. The App will delete all of the hours automatically that were put in previously. Which then prompts me to have to call customer service so they can add in the hours that way I don’t get dinged for adding manual entry hours . Has been very frustrating!

As if the app wasn’t glitchy enough already, the latest update makes it completely dysfunctional. I open it to log in or out and it’s just a white screen. So I keep trying and trying until it works instead of being able to actually do my job. When you send in support questions, you can’t read the responses on your computer because they’re encrypted... you’re supposed to be able to download the message to read it but it doesn’t allow you to. Why tech support needs encrypted messages is beyond me, but I’d like to be able to sign out today.
So frustrating!

This app is for the birds! Can’t log in and it no longer has facial recognition to sign in. 1 star only because I have to click something!!

I put my hours and suddenly it cleaned my all past hours I have to put manually otherwise I can’t get my hours and pay?..I’m so disappointed with this app.

When it works its good, but when you can’t sign in its aggravating. How are we supposed to record time worked when you can’t sign in or anything For the last 2 days the app has given me issues not wanting to open also
