Hit or miss!

Provider70

Great app about 30% of the time. You have to hit submit and pray. I work overnights for a family and more than half the time it acts like it’s working fine when you submit but then it sends the entry to the saved files. Once there, just forget it. Next, you’ll need enter the same hours manually at which time you will have to choose from a pull down menu that lays blame on you as the provider, never the app! If you don’t choose a reason for the entry that claims it’s your fault, then you cannot submit your hours. You can call in with issues as the replies on other posts suggest but be sure to plan to use your entire day and do not expect a resolution Explaining the issues under “notes” doesn’t seem to help resolve the issues either.

Zero Stars!

The only thing worse than this app is trying to call PPL for assistance! There is no way to get through a pay period without having to enter some shifts manually and then it makes you take responsibility for the app error. The glitch of the week this week seems to be it kicking you out after you’ve clocked in with an error message that you’ve gone over your allowed hours for the shift. It had been 4 minutes and 53 seconds!! If that happens to get fixed, you’re almost guaranteed a new glitch next week!

don’t like it

LindsoBBB

We have been using it for work and I am constantly having to Emmanuel enter my time because it doesn’t read when I clock in and clock out. Or it will say that it saved it and added to my time card and then it’s not there

The worse

mamma peg

I had to download the app and start using it the 1st of September and it’s not doing as it should! Does not use my gps location and there is no where for my employer to approve the time! Please fix this issue ASAP

It shows me clocking in but then it disappears.

tanny24

It is not keeping track of the what time I clock in and out. And it is also giving me an error. Fingerprint did not authenticate. unknown error user interaction is required.

Error saving, deleting entries

ghibpo

Clocked times unable to be saved at times, even after trying multiple times. Additionally, times that are successfully saved were later deleted by the program.

Easy to use

Jalosgirl

I think it’s easy to use and process timesheets

Useless app

docoratebme

This app is garbage. I can’t even add my hours... the option literally doesn’t exist and I’ve tried on multiple phones.

Horrible service

another ppl screwup

This is a horrible program. Typical of Ppl. I also work for another company that uses a different app. Not a bit of trouble. Everything goes as it should. I don’t understand why this one won’t work. Customer service really can’t help you. Forget call backs. Have to wait for a couple days to get call back. Have been with Ppl for several years with two clients. We switched one to Excell because client was approved for 14 hours a day and we had to fight every pay to get our over time. Switched to Excell and not one problem. This is a real problem.

App was a bad idea Bad idea

AlMiller2015

I am a DCW for 5 years and it was mandatory we start the use of the app on Sept 1, 2019. When I went to clock in it said GPS showed I was 4 miles away from my clients house! Even though I was sitting in her living room! God knows if that was fixed. Multiple times I have clocked out and it didn’t take would say Affirm and was submitted to later clock in next morning and get a notice saying clock was never stopped!! I have also gotten a try later message when trying to submit my daily entry. They should of completely finished debunking this app before making it mandatory. This will definitely mess with people pay checks and lively hood!
