If there was a zero stars I would use that. I live with the consumer. So I’m here almost on 24/7/365 basis. It won’t let me clock out to clock back in. I’ve been only using it for less than a week. Horrible way to get my time in.

I didn’t mind filling out a timesheet by hand. I was open to the idea of paperless because that’s less money spent on paper on my end. But you all have given us an app that clearly does not work and want to punish those who enter in the time manually too many times. YOU all need to do better and fix this app. This is ridiculous. I have literally screenshoted 5-7 different reasons why it will not accept my time that I tried to submit that was not manually entered. And now I have screen recorded 3-4 MORE reasons why it can’t take it manually either. I’m doing my job and can’t turn it in. This is a problem!

Worst app I’ve ever used

I wish I could give this zero stars. Every time I try to submit it fails to save. Then I have to try again later. If these people cared at all about this app they would hire decent developers. I can’t even tell you how many error messages I get in this app. It’s ridiculous and a total waste of time.

This is by far the worst app ever made for attendant care. It rarely lets me clock in or out, it is not accurate with location tracking. Which is concerning to me, why does an app need to track my location!? Definitely does not make me feel safe. Why replace the online timesheet documentation with something as terrible as this! At least online I had zero problems documenting my times and not to mention keeping track of them. It’s kept me clocked in for several 12hour shifts which I did not work and had to go back to edit then EXPLAIN myself? This app was definitely not ready to be launched and it’s truly awful to force attendants to use this when it’s clearly not capable of working the way it’s supposed too.

I have mixed feelings about this app. I’ve only had it for a little over a week and, besides getting used to using it after three years of a different means of login, I’ve run into two separate problems just today. It wouldn’t allow me to log out when I needed to and because of this, I was not able to log back in after my approved break without manually applying for the time long after I had returned to my shift. I also noticed that there was a gps discrepancy that was impossible as it changed my location multiple times within minutes while I was stationary. I took pictures of my location as confirmation of where I was, but the app had been buggy enough today alone to cause me concern. Hope these problems don’t stick around long.

The interface is not user friendly. It sometimes doesn't clock you in. Most days I have to go back and ensure that the app clocked me in at the correct time. I have been using this app for about three weeks. I have needed to go in and adjust the time manually several times a week. The app also requires location services to be enabled. This leaves my device vulnerable to advertisers and other companies tracking me as well when I am using the application. This app should not be a requirement to do my job. I feel bad for those employed that don't have a smart phone and anything before windows 7.

Public Partnerships is the worst company. The app doesn’t work well. I constantly get error messages, so there are multiple times I didn’t get paid on time or didn’t get paid the full amount. More importantly, they don’t pay well and don’t give pay raises.

When it does its job it’s perfectly fine but more often than not it doesn’t work and something is always wrong with it. It tends to glitch a lot and is just overall not worth it. If I didn’t have to use this app as my time clock I would’ve preferred even paper time sheets over this mess
