Love that I am able to get such nice designer brands at prices I can even afford. I’d always wanted a real Prada purse and now I have one

Downloaded a long time ago but never signed up. Saw the latest update drop that said Sign In with Apple now available. Yay I thought. Did update, opened app.... No SIWA. Devs?

I have bought a few items from this site and absolutely love it.. everything I’ve received has been in excellent condition and beautifully wrapped. I pay half the price of retail and get beautiful items that look new ..

Hidden gem for shopping, and finding amazing deals! Extremely customizable with a lot of great features, sorting mechanisms, etc. I LOVE TRR!!

This app is really incredible. I found it when I went to Las Vegas. It has great prices!

Although there was an update a few days ago, the app STILL doesn’t work properly. I’m unable to sign in. As soon as I hit “My TRR” or the icon for sign in, the app automatically closes.

I sent them 7 Louis Vuitton scarves, but they never returned them back to me. Terrible service and communication. Never again. Highly don't recommend The Real Real to any one.

This app/company is atrocious. It’s 2020 and there’s no way for one to delete an account? And then you email about deleting your account and the canned response has nothing to do with your question. And then you hear nothing back for a week about your actual question!!! Please people, shopping here is not worth it. If anything ever goes wrong, you have to deal with poor customer service and then they make you jump through hoops to delete your account. UNBELIEVABLE.

I heard about this site on The First Degree podcast. I rarely ever shop luxury items or clothes because they’re too expensive, but the TRR has such good deals! I pick my clothing and shoe size, set a budget of $100, and scroll through items while I’m having my morning coffee. Today I bought a jacket from my ‘obsessions’ list that dropped to 60% off. I recently consigned my first item, too! I like that I’m reducing my carbon footprint by thrifting online.
