Condition descriptions are hit or miss

I don’t know that I personally would have sold a dress in “excellent condition- no visible signs of wear” when it was missing a button right in the middle of the chest, causing a tear in the fabric, and had been “mended” by a couple of large, uneven, stitches in cotton quilting thread. To me, that seems like an outright lie in re condition and a rip-off, especially since they charge shipping to return clothes. Some stuff is great and exactly as described. That stuff is the “new with tags” stuff- I’m very pleased with those items. But the rest? I’ve been pretty disappointed.
