Easy to use (including Apple Pay) and the merchandise is updated constantly. If anything, they could take better pictures and include the model number of the items if they are written on the garment tags.
Great for buying shoes but clothing would look so much better on a real model

Clothes as they are displayed do not look appealing. It would also be great if the app could modify search by number size (size 10) instead of just saying medium or large. Of course those which are labeled large would still be needed as well. For shoes, if you have identified size 9 as your shoe size it would be great if the app would display all shoes as true size instead of just listing that the size 9 shoe fits like a half size smaller

I am a very regular customer with first look access. I have a few recommendations that I really feel would improve the buyers experience: 1. I’m increasingly tired of trying to add/remove from a cart and the wheel spins forever. By the time the item is removed and I want to add other items, they are in other peoples carts. The app needs quicker processing. This is the slowest app on my phone. 2. People hoard items. Thred-Up has an “auto buy” feature that allows a backup purchaser to buy the item once it drops from the cart. On your app people can add and remove items that I’ve waited to buy every 20 minutes. Also annoying. This would likely lead to more sales and get rid of competitive hoarding behaviors and allow those of if serious about a purchase to follow through. 3. I echo the other comments about notifications for obsessions and things I’ve looked at- I get notifications “did you forget” too frequently and have nor stopped liking items because I’m sick of the notifications. Also, it does this with items that have been sold so that’s not helpful. Hope you will review some of this!
