One touch does not work

Set up the one touch log in a hundred times! Can’t seem to remember it- very annoying

Updates ruined app

Sometimes it’s best not fixing what’s not broken. I loved using the RealReal app until the recent updates. Now my feeds don’t work and the search bar requires me to retype what I’m looking for instead of just editing the search. For example if searching for Brand xyz 2019 and then searching for Brand xyz 2018 you now have to retype the entire item. Hope you get it fixed.

Love this site so much!

I found this website after I went on an all things “Schitts Creek” binge... I found out that this is where they bought most of the clothing for the show, because it needed to be upscale and authentic without breaking their budget. Ever since, I’ve been hooked. Part of my order was delivered in just 1 day and the clothes far exceeded my expectations! They don’t look used, they look like I bought them at the store today! I’m sure to do my research every time I’m ready to purchase, making sure the quality is up to my standard (if it says moderate pilling or a stain, I usually skip) and I exam the pictures very closely to make sure it looks the same as described. So far, I have not been disappointed. My favorite thing is sifting through the ridiculously low-priced items. I got myself a few great $400 sweaters for what I’d pay for a sweater at H&M! I now plan on redoing my entire wardrobe with pieces from designers I thought I’d only ever dream of owning!

So disappointing

I ordered a ring for my fiancé that never came. USPS admitted to delivering it to the wrong address. It has been two or three weeks now and therealreal still hasn’t refunded me and at this point I don’t think I will ever purchase from them ever again.

Good App

Great selection of Hermes items, especially scarves. Reasonable and better than eBay. Easy to use, and good shipping and cart features.

New favorite app

Didn’t think I would make a purchase just one day after I downloaded the app. Great selection of vintage designer handbags!

Greatness

I’m ridiculously picky about certain things, and, so far, everything I’ve purchase has looked perfect. I had an order get canceled for some reason, but I get to buy from my favorite designers at a fraction of the price ...I’m pretty sure I’ll survive.

Great until you have customer service issues

Impossibile to get assistance if you have a problem. Buy at your own risk!

Good price but customer service terrible

I went on the website and ordered 3 pairs of CL. I paid the extra $20 for shipping 2 day. 2 of the 3 pairs came Within the first few days I was excited there were as described since them I’m still waiting for the 3rd pair and I have sent 2 emails and I’ve called a few times with wait times of 50-55 minutes. Who has 55 minutes to wait on the phone. I’m very disappointed with no follow up from my emails and no communication on a ship date. I have put several other pairs in my cart to purchase but now I’m very reluctant to purchase anything due to the bad communication. :(

Pros - huge inventory and the algorithms are pretty spot-on for bringing my tastes to the top of the list after only about 3 uses on the app. Detailed descriptions of any imperfections on the garments are great and I love that the specific measurements are provided. Cons - options for refining searched items could be improved; e.g. add heel height as an option in refining results. Most shoes that come up under “pumps” would be what I call stilettos. Also, since we live in a Prime-time world, having the customers pay shipping on both purchases and returns is kind of a buzzkill.
