The selection for men looks like it were stolen from the set of a 90's Prince music video. I don't know who's paying these prices for clothing that you couldn't pay me to drop off at the Good Will, but good luck if you're dumb enough to pay $550 for a blouse or a shirt with a Coca Cola emblem on it. ? Maybe this is a better experience for the ladies.

Horrible experience, Gucci handbag was in trash condition

I purchased a Gucci handbag and it stated moderate condition however I received it and it had huge scuffs marks at the bottom of the bag. The scuffs were not shown in the photos on the website. I contacted customer service and they do not care to respond or consider servicing customers. I will not purchase again. The photos do not show all angles or the website hides large scuff for stains.

I wanted to see how honest they would be with a brand new pair of $200 (inexpensive) shoes. After they lied via email about the exact same shoes that had “just sold” (which still had the “Special” stickers on the bottom the SA I purchase puts on them from said store (customer specific, unique number with SA code, mo, & year purchased—and size!). I took clear pick of them against white background, they even either used semi-pro pics or took new ones when they arrived at “verification prior to shipping to another department” is what I was told via email in Oct. I was so excited and thought these highly sought after shoes sold like the website said, quickly for ($110). I reached out and said I’d like to send more, then I received an email that they weee “someone else’s” shoes they had just sent in....IMPOSSIBLE due to the number unique code! After 3 months of me begging for my shoes back, they said my shoes didn’t sell (for less the $50) and I received a pair of used stretched out leather NASTY SMELLING USED worn out junk pieces of leather ripped and damaged beyond belief!! This was around Feb. They noted my account as “unable to find a buyer”, so they couldn’t sell a pair of brand new popular “nautical colors” wedge with stickers, bag, and box......that I paid only $300 for less than $50?! I WAS Scammed and my 80K + followers & 130k + on my other page WILL be show all the facts and evidence to make up their own mind....OMG! I’m sooo glad I didn’t let them come for a “home visit” or talk me into sending in my actual expensive items, could you imagine what they would do with a Berkin, Tiffany, LV, Balmain, Channel, (Multiple) Unique Supreme items. Do as I did OR stay local!! Find an upscale boutique that is reputable—-check this companies actual reputation and reviews BEFORE sending them ANYTHING!! I only wish they allowed pictures to upload here, hey, even Wish sent me an item back better than these guys (even if it was just a plain Tee!!)

I’ve been seeing a lot of ads saying “90%” off and such... they would always come up! So I figured I’d give it a look, and everything is still expensive! Honestly, I don’t know how everyone likes to spend money wise, but there’s nearly nothing there less than 25$.
