YOU CANT SEE PICS OF THE ACTUAL ITEM. I bought a GUCCI messenger bag that arrived so worn it broke in two weeks of use. NEVER USING THIS AGAIN!!

I absolutely love the RealReal for both consigning items and purchasing new ones for myself! I can’t stop myself from looking on it everyday to find something great. If you are looking for great deals and beautiful items you can not go wrong with this app!!!

Not worth the effort

Selling with The RealReal is a pretty painful process. Takes forever for them to get the stuff up on the site (admittedly COVID but 2 months?? - the least they could do is tell you instead of making you wait and wonder). The real issues come when they decide to sell things at 50% with no notice. At that point I could list it myself on Tradesy and make more with less commission deducted. I’ve done it twice - not worth it.

Never using this app again. Scam company that is a complete waste of your time and money. Don’t shop from here and save yourself the headache of dealing with the atrocious customer service and buying experience. Trust me!

Customer for over 10 years now! Boy does the wife and I have mounted a collection. Keep the great selections and items and for sure staying for the long run. X mass are so the real real themed.
