I get more money means exclusivity but the prices are ridiculous if you want to upgrade. If you don’t you only get 3 matches a day which is fine but if you’re not matching with people or the people you’re matching with are the same quality as other dating apps the exclusivity is lost. You’re still going to get ghosted regardless because it’s the same type of people on the other apps. I hoped this would be a better experience but it’s been a waste of time using this app over the last 2 1/2 years.

I specifically paid to put my account on hold while I was in a relationship. Now I’m back on the waitlist. What the heck was the point of paying to pause my account?

I was excited to join the league and at first matched with people, had some conversations, and even met two different people in person. Now about a month in the people that are shown to me are not active on the league. When I recently clicked on the Instagram of someone I gave a heart to I noticed he got married recently. I’m doubting he is active on the league when his Instagram is pictures for the last year of him and his wife. This isn’t the first time this has happened! So don’t pay to power move people because who knows if they are active. Disappointed in this app.

Even though this app is similar to others that try to make you pay for additional levels of service, they do an amazing job of disguising this which makes the experience for non-paying members better. Very attractive members with their lives together. Looking forward to meeting some awesome people!

Every match they offered lived hours away! Who wants a long distance relationship? When I requested a refund, they will tell you they can’t give it to you. You have to jump through hoops to try and get your money back from Apple because you bought it from the App Store. Just run from this service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Wasted matches, unresponsive concierge

Started getting shows guys below my age range, and then on the opposite coast. If I went through the pool that fit my parameters, there must be VERY FEW people on here (for reference, I’m speaking as a gay guy). I brought up all these instances of having essentially two of my three possible matches wasted to the concierge each time. Surprise surprise—they don’t actually respond to you if you’re not a paying customer.

Waited months to get in, so far it hasn’t been worth it. The potential matches it shows me are not as attractive as I match on tinder and bumble or see regularly in person. But just wait ! If I pay hundreds of dollars it will change! Yah right, if they can’t provide a compelling product now, I am definitely not investing hundreds of dollars for more disappointment. The group meet up stuff is compelling, I’ll give that a try. The swiping aspect of this app is not worth keeping on my phone.
