There is definitely some sort of tactical issue with this app and not being able to see replies. I’m not sure what is going on but both me and my matches report this error.

I’ve been on this site for 1-1/2 years and have had only 3 matches. All the hype was exciting and the waitlist seemed to be an indication of something special. Sadly, not the case. There is no meaningful way to connect if you’re not matched with your 3-a-day match list. Too bad that the idea of this app was far better than the implementation.

It took about 3 weeks to get off the waitlist. Only have gotten around 5 matches in the last month. Of those matches, no one ever responds, let alone try to continue a conversation. Not worth the time to wait for the 5pm options who appear like let downs

I would say about 40% of people on this are bots. You’re constantly cornered into making purchases some of up to 1k a month. You read that right. 1k a month. I deleted the app about a month ago. Decided to come back and they said I was removed because of flakiness , there solution ? Pay an entry of 41 per month to get my account reactivated. Furthermore the few people I did meet in here are 100% creepy. All of which have messaged me telling me they use league because tinder already blocked them.

I’ve been on the app for a few months now and maybe had 3 people match with me in total and not one of them has responded to the message I wrote. I check in almost every day and no luck. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it wasn’t so expensive. At this price point, someone should reach out to help you or something. Maybe I’m just horribly disfigured and never noticed. Also, the features of the app are so convoluted, it’s hard to understand what you’re even paying for. I bought a membership but it only comes with 5 “tickets” which you can use for things like “super liking” in a way, but I don’t know what else they’re for, and what’s the point in having the premium membership level if you only get 5 one time? The $100+ to join with no customer outreach program and standard support is just crushing your bottom line? The matches aren’t curated in any way. I don’t see where you could possibly be incurring any greater costs than the other dating apps.

You have to get invited in order to create a profile but honestly, I get more responses using Bumble. Idk why it’s so exclusive when 1 out of every 10 guys might respond and will end up not even hearing from them again. I’ve gone on more dates on other apps than on here. I’ve reached out to my concierge about this but was ignored. 14 days to respond? You guys should lower it to less than a week.

Not impressed with their unprofessionalism, what a waste of time. Unless you spend money you don’t get a single match. What a bunch of scam artists. Avoid like a plague.

“Matches”—exactly 5 a day—are randos who live across the country. Then you have to wait 24 hours until exactly 5:00 pm to see 5 more. You have to spend more money if you want to see more than 5. The best thing about this app is the exclusive sounding name, pulling in suckers. Stick with free and horn of plenty Tinder and Bumble, so fun.
