Don’t waste your money
frustrated July 2019
After I paid for a full year subscription, I stopped getting local matches after about two weeks. Unless you want to date people half way across the country, don’t waste your money.
Unresponsive Customer Support

First you’re prompted to fill out your profile and submit a minimum of 6 photos to “get off” the waitlist or pay a membership fee to get in the action. I don’t even have an issue with paying for a membership. But I e reached out to their concierge as well as contact support multiple times with no response. That kind of customer service does not encourage me to want to pay to be a member.
Do people actually exist?

I was on the app in Denver and had a not so positive experience. Since moving to the Bay Area, I have gotten no messages OR responses. Are people actually on here? After accidentally purchasing a membership (and attempted cancellation) I guess I’ll check every day until my subscription is up to keep a watch on how many people actually respond. Can’t wait for the blog post.
You Can Never Join For Free, False Advertising

I am done. I am tired of receiving advertisements for this app to pay to join. When I originally signed up I was told if I “waited long enough” I would be able to join without charge. I am leaving a negative review because of this reason. If this app is only available for those who pay, then that is fine. But telling users if they wait long enough and they will be able to join for free, and then never delivering on that promise is false advertising. It may be a great dating app if you are paying for it, and the service may be worth it, but I am tired of receiving advertisements to join months after installing the app and being patient. I am happily using Luxy right now to meet other people and will be a paying member for Luxy Pro soon.

CoffeeMeetsBagel, Hinge, and Bumble have much larger user bases, let alone much better quality matches to meet. Not sure what they hype is all about as the matches I’ve received in the league have been terrible...

Omg! This is the biggest waste of $ I have ever spent! And I waste $; so this says a lot! Any free apps are better then this crap! I’ve been on a month and maybe liked 3 people... awful awful awful!!!!!

The waiting list is literally years long. Probably not going to have the patience to wait to use this app. Maybe it’s decent if you pay $30/month but doesn’t seem worth it to me.
