No Preference Consideration

This app seems very slick with a wide reaching population of users; however, had I known that a user can’t match with others who have similar preferences (I.e. NO children) I would not have wasted my money. Also, in order to boost your profile or expand your location range you have to pay hefty upgrade fees (i.e. over $300 on top of the hefty member rate which is also over $300 annually). This app can be misleading. Investigate thoroughly before jumping into it.

Singularly the worst app experience, easily the worst dating app out there

And very likely a scam. I signed up a few days ago for the $400 /yr plan. I got a list of people to like, but to do anything else with them, I have vaguely described products as an up sell. So let’s see, you pay $400 to get a list of people to like, and I don’t know what to do next. The concierge is a scam, with robotic messages that do not apply to me, and $40 to see people that liked me. I should really report this to the FTC, but I will start with Apple. Scam! Keep away!

Simply not worth it

I’ll be the first to say that the other dating apps there leave a lot to be desired, but at least they’re honest about what they do. The League is a money-grabbing scheme that tries to build a lot of hype over nothing. 1. The premise is that the people here are real, “sophisticated,” and looking for something serious. This is not true. I’ve seen plenty of profiles of people who never added their school or job, and who didn’t verify themselves. You don’t have to go to an Ivy or work for a giant corporation to be whatever “elite” means in this context, but I’d like to know if you went to college at all or anything about you. Blank profiles are unacceptable, especially given that... 2. You wait forever to get “vetted” by their team. I’m highly doubtful that any vetting goes on at all, it’s just a fake queue to make you think you’re getting into something exclusive. Sure, there are ways to bump you up the list a couple thousand spots, but I guarantee you it’s all fake. I was stuck around spot 25k in line for days and then I “suddenly” got in. I’m really supposed to believe that they went through 25000 people in one day? Right. 3. You don’t see five people a day, you see maybe 2-3. The other “profiles” are for online groups or events that may or may not be anywhere near you. The groups have nothing to do with your interests, are not location-specific, and are nothing more than glamorized chat rooms. The events could be cute if they were actually in your city, but heads up League—showing me an event across the country to help me meet an SO is useless. On top of that, that leaves you with only a few profiles. Tired of not getting matches? The in-app assistant tells you to be less picky. So... download an app that claims it wants to help you stop settling, then get ready for it to give you crappy profiles and pressure you into liking them. 4. If you want a way around literally anything besides the basic (and bad) interface, you have to pay. And pay a lot. Every little thing, from getting into the app to seeing more than 3 people a day to actually getting the time of day from the dev team, costs you. It’s a very transparent attempt at sucking money out of customers while making them feel “elite” and “chosen”. Overall, you’ll wait days to weeks to get in, only to find that what you got into wasn’t worth the time, energy, or inevitable money you gave. Stick to Hinge or one of the more tried and tested apps.

Extremely expensive app that’s no different from the others

Do not spend money on this app, it is no different from any other app out there. It claims exclusivity but what that actually means is far fewer matches; you get 5 per day and on many days it would show several i have seen before and there were even days where the same person was 2 or 3 of my 5. My preferences were not extremely limiting or anything, my search area is like 50 miles and it would continuously show matches in cities 2-3 hours away. The deactivate your account process is quite difficult, by design I’m sure. The “delete accout” button is the one button on the app that doesn’t seem to work, but the spend $300 more dollars button sure does.

Not what I expected....

JBZDGASC

This app is not worth the $399.99 that it charges you to sign up. It was extremely confusing, thought I was being charged $39.99 per month not the full amount. I am not really sure how the whole thing works. No one has returned my email. If I were 22, this might be a great dating app, but not for my age group. Not at all what I expected out of a dating app/service.

Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it.

NoNamePeach

I never leave reviews but I felt inclined to leave one today. The traction on this app is horrible and I sincerely regret purchasing a membership. Don’t waste your money on this, you can get the same quality candidates on other apps out there. Highly disappointed!

App is slow and doesn’t load

alianna gigi

After only a few weeks of using the app, potential matches no longer load. I’ve tried using the app on and off wifi to no avail. I don’t know what the issue is, but I can’t exactly use the app if it’s not going to load properly! Perhaps an update making the app less clogged is in order.

Money,money

Budweiserbullrider

This app is very misleading. If you don’t want to pay their outrageous fees you can be put on a waitlist. Which you could have a newborn child graduate from High School and still be on the “Waitlist “. A complete waste of time and money. -⭐️

Try to delete ?

keapitreal

Like other apps. They make it impossible to delete if you want. Seems like they may not believe in their product or they would make the out easy.. just saying

Scammy, misleading

Matched me with 5 beautiful women the first day and told me there were 50+ likes ahead of me... Since then, every day I’ve gotten unattractive women. I will be contacting Apple and Amex to get refunded. Maybe this works in other cities but where I live it’s definitely false advertising when they claim I’m going to be interested in my matches.
