Just got my first payment sent and I am SO HAPPY about it! I started using this app in Dec 2019 when I seen it on shark tank. I was kinda skeptical at first but omg! It’s great. Every dollar spent is rounded up even a whole dollar is rounded to nearest dollar. In 3 months I was able to put $100 towards one of my loans! I haven’t even started making payments on them yet, I just finished my degree last week. This is extremely helpful in getting that balance down sooner. $100 every 3 months really adds up so you may not think it’s worth the hassle of linking you account(s) and your loan(s) but it is totally worth 10min of screen flipping to save an extra $400 a year towards your student loan.

Can’t connect to bank account

I have been in contact with customer service weeks ago trying to connect with my bank account. They said they would work on it and get back to me, but I have heard anything since. Then afterwards my emails continually keeping saying missing account information. I would like to utilize this service, however Im very disappointed in the way customer service has not kept me updated on the progress. If this continues, I’ll be deleting the app off my phone and just continue to pay my students loans the regular way:(

Started using this app a little over a month ago. Racked up $56. Not much for my student loan but hey it’s something. I tried to submit the payment with no success. I tried to call them but guess what?, they don’t have any number for customer support. I ended up sending an email and they seemed to have fixed my issue. Sent the payment a few days before my loan was due and it never came. I think they have a great idea going but with no customer support and after not sending my money, I will warn all my friends trying to pay off their loans NOT TO USE THIS APP.

I love this app. I have made two payments so far using it and I have no complaints. It’s a super easy way to save money on your loans and I don’t even have to think about it. I just buy stuff that I normally would and now I am saving at the same time. Great app!

I deleted this app because two withdrawals had been made from my account without showing up on my student loan. I emailed and got a robot response that was not helpful. I’m out $20.00. I couldn’t keep the app connected to my checking account because I didn’t want them taking anymore of my money. Now I have to call the bank and see if they can help.

I kinda liked the app at first but after a while, my transfers stopped and I didn’t know why. I tried contacting customer support and nobody got back to me for a while. When they did finally respond, they didn’t actually answer my question or fix my problem. Eventually I got to the point where I couldn’t afford the roundups/didn’t want to use the app anymore and I can’t figure out how to cancel it. The best I could do is pause transfers for a few months but it always starts back up again. The app is a good idea but it’s execution is not good and now I feel trapped by this app.

This app is easy to set up and then the rest just happens for you automatically - rounding up my purchases and paying it towards my son’s student loans, each time my roundups reach $100. At the pace of my spending, I’m guessing I’ll end up contributing about $500-$600 per year to my son, without me really even noticing it through those individual roundups.

Great idea BUT fell way short!!!

Saw the app on shark tank and thought it was a great idea. Had it for a few months and kept having linking issues with loan & bank, such a hassle to update every time I opened it. It said I had over $100 but never transferred to loan. Nice try but swing and a miss! I put in to cancel my acct we’ll see how long that takes??? Unsatisfied customer
