Won’t link to any of my banks

Have had this app before and then got rid of it during the pandemic. I have it back and now it won’t link to any of my banks and says incorrect login info even though I’m logging into the institutions with my computer prior to it.

I’ve had this app for a few years. The best part is I forget I’m saving money for my loans. Every 1/2 months I have an 100$ check sent to my loan servicer. During the pandemic that extra 100$ in rounded up change really helped me a lot

I paid off my student loan today after 20 years!!! Changed had a small hand in that process after seeing a re-run of Shark Tank. I started using this app in 2018 or so. It is brilliant as you don’t notice the change in your bank account but you DO notice that nice $100 payment on your loan. Over the course of my time using the app, I paid an extra $2500 in about 2 years. Money I didn’t even notice I paid.

Now that I’ve had my first (and now second) payment sent off to my loan service, I thought I’d write a review! I’m really loving this app! It’s fun to watch the change add up and then be sent off as a payment. I will say, I did get nervous when I was about to hit my first goal (set at $100) It hit $99 and then stopped collecting my change. I eventually found out that my bank card had become unlinked though and when I linked it back up everything worked fine again! I’ve had two payments sent off now ($100 and $50) It’s cool to see that just rounding up on my purchases can add up to extra payments on my loan.
Helpful but doesn’t work

I love the idea of rounding up my change to help lower my student loans but I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks to link my fedloan account and support has been virtually non-existent so all the money in my ChangEd account can’t even be applied to my loan.

I downloaded this app in 2017 and at first it was great. I was getting $100 added to my loans about every 3-4 months which doesn’t seem like a lot but it helps. I used it for my smallest loans and when I paid them off, I switched over to my bigger loans. The app recently updated and I’ve had nothing but problems. It won’t sync my banking info or loan info and asks me to put this information in everyday. Eventually it stopped rounding up because the connectivity of my accounts wouldn’t stay synced. I eventually had to delete it, there’s just too many problems with the new update.
Stopped sending payments

I love this app but why did it stop sending payments to my student loan.. I’ve got almost $100 just sitting on this app and I have no idea how to apply it since it stopped doing it automatically.. frustrating as it was working great previously.

Not thrilled about the increased monthly fee. I’m not sure I’m going to keep with your company for $3/months. $1 is more affordable in my current situation as an unemployed college student.

I’ve had this app for a long time. It’s saved me A LOT of days paying off my student loans. It used to save SO much when I first got it! I would have payments going out every month or every month and a half. Now it’s like every 2.5-3 months. The last time it sent a payment was back in the beginning of March. It’s now May 13th. I still use the app and still Ike it, but I wish it would get me to $100 faster like it use to. Now I rely on the app “Digit” to send a lot of money to my school loans.
