As a former student with student loans I’ve spent the early part of my adult life stressing over paying these off. When an app that calculates savings to the point I won’t even notice the money gone fell in my lap I was interested. On top of that little perk the money that is saved is then sent to your student loans to pay them off quicker. So far saving the $50 was easy. You just link your financial accounts with the app and go about your life like usual. Now that a payment has been sent I’m waiting to give this 5 stars. The online customer service portal says it can take between 5-10 business days for a payment to show. Once the payment shows this app is easily a 5 star app for those with student loans.
Bank will not connect

I cannot get my Changed account to connect to my changed account. I’ve contacted customer service and still not connecting.

I started the app followed all the steps and I saw my rounding got to 70 dollars where I was supposed to have a 50 dollar threshold. When I contacted support they told me my address needed updated which I obliged despite my confusion. After the updated my address it erased my transfer and there was no record of the money Still in the process of fixing it. Will update the review with new info
Good app some issues

For the “boosts” and rounding up it would be nice to have more options with higher amounts. The perks are severely confusing and the app being 4 years old and not having anything other than $100 payment CHANCE for referring friends is a bit wack. Add more features and ways to help students.

It supposed to round up your change right? Until you reach a certain threshold right? Wrong ! It started with 2 dollars here 3 dollars there and kept racking up. I can’t afford that in in my current situation put in a request to have my funds returned to me and they still haven’t got back to me went a ahead and sent it tot he loan service. It racked up to $77dollars which is great but not when your trying to build your account when you were told it’s change not $$$$$$. In other words find a different method unless you don’t want any more money

I was excited to use the app thinking that it would help me cut down on my loan. I’m currently in forbearance, had the account put money towards the cheapest loan ($250), so far they’ve taken $61. I’ve yet to see any change in my loan.

iPhone 12 Pro Max issue… can’t select daily boosts. Please fix issue and I’ll give 5 stars.

Only issue I have with the app is the link to my bank drops constantly.

Could you label the graph axis for the payment page? It is not clear to me what the graph is depicting

I have to add my bank account almost monthly. So the money I do have in the account is held while no money is being saved.
