One of the cameras always goes out. I mean everyday I’ve had to reset the darn thing. The picture is either all white or all black or some kind of fuschia night vision thing going on like a Predator View. So do we have to send one camera back?

While I have had issues getting the camera to respond and move around for the past year now I’m ready to throw it against the wall! Upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 and can not get the camera to connect! So now it has become useless. Wondering if it is the IOS 13 upgrade causing the problem. I see you guys haven’t updated your app for 7 months - what’s the deal??

Hello I sent several Emails to the developer. This version of app will not work with IOS13, I have been on this for months via the beta program. I told them you cannot add cameras with ios 13. It will not connect, the error is that it will not configure the cameras network. I had to reboot my camera and now in need to read it and it will not work. Please fix the application!!!

No longer receiving push notifications

I liked the camera for the first few months. The picture quality is decent. However, I suddenly stopped receiving the push notifications to my cellphone. That’s the main purpose of getting the camera, to be made aware of movement when I’m not there. I see by other reviews that I’m not alone in this complaint.

It’s a great little camera but I don’t get the push notifications since the latest version update.

The app freezes, camera works for two week than stops. Have contacted the Company and all they do is send what is already in the book to troubleshoot after you have explained you have done it numerous times.

Won’t recognize my micro SD card with iOS 13

The camera and system are great and they work great for such an inexpensive, no investment into our security, however; If you have an Apple device running iOS 13, you may not get your SD card to be recognized. It only effects the recording of intrusions - so, yeah it’s kind of important. Mr Developer, please address this issue in the next patch of version. Thank you!
