App is not improving

I think the cameras are good quality. However, they reboot randomly. The app will freeze while you are watching the camera and you will have to close the camera and reopen it to get an update. The last two updates have made operating the cameras less efficient. I like the new look but I would rather have the old look back if it’s going to allow smoother camera time.

New Version is better. Fixed a lot of bugs. Still have consistent connectivity issues however.

The latest update 1.1.4 was a feeble attempt to fix issues but still almost unusable. Really needs an overhaul!!

Won’t accept any password

This app doesn't work anymore

The app updated and now asks me to change the password, but it won’t accept ANYTHING I put in. I’ve followed the rules using upper case, lower case, number special character but it will not accept anything.

Just don’t buy it!!! Just save yourself your money and time trying to get this to work. Always going offline. I stop getting the notifications. Only works when it wants to. They rarely update the app. Luckily this was a gift. Too bad I couldn’t leave a review on Amazon to warn others.

Have To Restart to Open Camera

I recently switched over to iPhone from an Android and never really had many issues with this app on my Samsung. Now I can only get the camera to connect after I restart my iPhone but just one time and then I have to restart again if I want to connect the camera. I will have to look into getting a new camera if this is not fixed soon.

Invalid password Fix

I was having difficulty with the app accepting a new password for a camera as some other people did. I downloaded the “New TENVIS” app, changed the password on that app, then logged into the camera on the tenvisty app and it worked. Other than that one glitch I haven’t had many problems. Fingers crossed it stays that way. These cameras aren’t exactly super cheap.
