Heart Patient in recovery

I bought this camera as a puppy monitor last July. Other than a little bit of difficulty with connecting it worked great when our dog moved out of the puppy stage I quit using it. Camera was unused for 6 weeks. At that time I decided it might make a good security camera but my password was not recognized so I changed it. Now it won’t connect. I tried for hours to connect with no success. I tried their customer service function and was immediately asked “how may I help you” by someone named “Grace”. I explained my situation and got no response. I’m not sure but I don’t think Grace is real. Conclusion- the app is not supported anymore. My camera is fine but it’s useless now because of that lack of support.

Motion detection constantly goes off. It is set on low. Then you try to bring up camera and it never comes up in the first try. Sometimes it comes up the 2nd or 3rd try. Other times it sits there and spins. If there was someone really there they would be gone by the time the camera would come up. Definitely getting something different.

I literally literally never wrote a review for any app ever. After this last update I can’t even get my camera to load while I’m still on the same Wi-Fi network as it. If I’m not home .. it won’t load at all. Piece of garbage

I have had more issues with the camera not loading and having to uninstall & reinstall. Not to mention installing is kind of a pain and the camera noise is obnoxious when installing

I have two— one works great can’t get the other one working. One that works is 1 yr old other one is a replacement of one that would not work. Crap.

in order to use the camera I bought, I need to change the password. When I try to do this, it just has the loading circle and says “changing” and will not change. I legit let my phone sit for over 30 minutes and it will not change. Yes I’m on the 2g WiFi. This app and company is garbage.

Update: as of 3-5 months ago this was fixed and Camera is working much better. Thank you!! Old review:I bought this camera specifically for motion detection. When I try to turn on notifications for motion detection, the app says “setting failed” When will the developers fix this issue??? DO NOT BUY
