Ever since i updated to the new big update my camera only connects when my phone is connected to wifi. This never happened before, and I have cellular data turned on for this app. This is so ridiculous. I got this camera to look at my cat away from home but can’t see anything unless i’m connected to wifi. So disappointed.
Worked at first

We got these camera’s for peace of mind while we work. At first they were great, now even with updating they hardly connect, we have to log out and log back in a couple times then they finally connect. It’s so annoying!!
Misleading

Yesterday while at work I received a fire warning notification from this app. I panicked and opened the app and did not see anything wrong but I rushed home to make sure, and luckily all was fine. I do not remember exactly what the notification said as it disappeared from my notifications tab right away but it did mention a fire. Has anyone else experienced this?
First one worked great, then...

Of course the first one i bought worked great. Connected to my iphone no problem, never dropped offline, all good. So i bought 2 more and of course now all of a sudden they drop offline and wont reconnect to iphone unless you are on its home wifi network. Got a message about a fire where there servers are located - maybe thats the issue.

When I first used the camera, everything worked fine. Like 3 months ago or more, I’ve had to turn off & on my cellular data for the connection to work and be able to see and hear what’s going on in my apt with my dog. But now it ONLY works when I’m home with the wifi is being used. And now the app doesn't work when I use it out of my apt. It says “connecting” and/or Disconnected (while plugged and wifi working in the apt) Pleade fix this issue.

It worked perfectly in the beginning. Now after one of the updates, it does not work. I have had to disconnect and reconnect month after month. Support does not contact you for help. I use these cameras to keep an eye out for my son who is on the autism spectrum. This is just horrible. Please help me get this fixed. I have three cameras and as I stated before all was fine until an update a few months ago.

Flight Status
Initially it worked great but now it consistently does not work. Can’t log in because it shows I have no account. No way to get in touch with anyone. Received a notification that the server room went down due to a fire but that was months ago. Still doesn’t work.
Terrible App, Terrible Servers

The app was pretty bad originally, but worked some of the time. It forces you to connect with their servers to see your camera even if you’re on the same network. This means really bad connections, lag, random issues. Why not just let us keep everything in home network? Also because of this their new update totally erased my cameras. So I have to unmount my camera to scan it and hopefully it’ll work.
