I have been using tenpercenthappier for four years, and I truly am 10% happier! I am a licensed therapist and use this for myself and for my patients . The science based approach is the best for those of us who may be skeptical about its efficacy. Enjoy and and use daily. allow yourself the compassion you deserve!

i don't know how it happened but someone i see very often and has, historically, made my blood boil suddenly is a neutral person for me and easier to love. has it extended to others in my world ("i have a little list") - not yet. i didn't start 10% with a goal - i just wanted to see what would happen and it's a wonderful ride. thank you. and someday my little list will thank you too.

This app has changed me for the better. I don’t normally write reviews, yet I’m compelled to do so because this app is actually making a positive difference in my life. I have tried mindfulness in the past, and it didn’t stick. The app provides an approach that is reasonable and educational. There is also a milestone/reward tracker element to the program that is pretty darned satisfying and enables one to build a mindfulness habit in a fun way.

So Many Choices

I cant say enough about the meditations on this app. Although I have my favorites I enjoy that there are so many amazing teachers with so many different meditations. I also love that the Podcasts and Teacher Talks are on the app.


Best meditation app

So far I tried calm, headspace and 10% I definitely prefer the last one, it resonates very much into the style of meditation I like. The teachers are world class and you can ask them questions something I couldn’t do with the others. The introduction with video to the classes are a real perk to the following meditation. Love the app and the book

Beginning year 2 of a daily morning routine of mindfulness! This has helped me to start my day with a little peace, direction, information or an adjusted mindset and take whatever I've gleaned into the rest of my day. This has helped me during this continued time of the pandemic nightmare.
