I originally had read 10% Happier years ago and enjoyed it. Then, my husband and I started watching GMA on the weekends a couple of years ago and there was Dan Harris! I really enjoy all of the meditation options that are available to me. I think my favorite meditation to do is Lovingkindness. It’s easily accessible when you need some comfort. May I be safe, be happy, be healthy, live with ease…yes please!
