Totally user unfriendly – TeamSnap Review

The app needs a total overhaul or a 20 page manual. The layout is terrible. The message page is bizarre making you click the back button to switch from chat to alert to email. Emails don't show up until you pull the page down to refresh (happened upon that trick by accident) and they never are marked new. The ads are obnoxious and every individual phone needs to pay a monthly fee to be ad free. Unfortunately, we switched teams and we had to move from Team Manager and Sports Engine, both of which are superior in terms of being user friendly and easy to learn. I'm not a fan of this app.
