Can’t create a profile

Sorry, 1 star because it has a critical error, as a result I can’t use it, ERROR “duplicate entry for ... for key PRIMARY”, can’t use the app if I can’t setup a profile or log in. Update 1/21/18 Updated iOS to 11.2.2, now it says i don’t have Internet which it says when I’m connected to WiFi and also on cellular (it has cell data turned on in the settings). So, still can’t use Taylor sense =1 Star

Must be reinstalled almost monthly. The app suddenly stops recording data. Useless for keeping historic track of humidity levels
App no longer working

App was great but it no longer lets me log in. I spent $80 for the TaylorSense but can’t use it now. Seems like a waste. Taylor, please fix this!
