Glad I just dropped $160 on two of these only to find out there’s no support for iPhone X. Come on, Taylor - make it right!

When I first got the product it was completely worth the price... battery indicator alone was worth it... humidity gauge was awesome. For the last several weeks the app won’t even open... Taylor, you need to fix this! We spent additional money for the upgrade to our guitars based upon your reputation. Don’t let us down.
Does work on iPhone X but not optimized

A lot of the bad reviews are because this app failed to run on latest iOS and iPhone X... however both are working now. The app is not optimized for iPhone X so there are some places it doesn’t look that good and it definitely doesn’t fill the screen. The hardware/app seems to work good so far for what it is designed to do. Not sure if it is going to keep a super long history which I wish it would. I just got a Taylor guitar and absolutely love it. I think Taylor is on the cutting edge of guitars but really need some help with this app to keep it up to date. It does not cost that much money to maintain a development program to keep up with the latest phones and operating systems. If you need someone to help you with it hit me up... seriously. More than glad to help coordinate what needs to be done to keep this app in development. Great idea... sad to see it is not actively updated.

I’ve purchased 5 Taylor Guitars since 1997. Quality has always been great! So I bought TaylorSense with confidence. Worked ok on iPhone 6. Upgraded to iPhone X and now it won’t connect. C’mon Bob Taylor make this right.
Mixdown keeps crashing

In concept this is a great app for recording but the mixdown crashes every time you attempt to convert a song. Disappointing. Hopefully Taylor will squash this bug soon!
All Song Tools crash and don't work.

Please fix this Taylor! The song tools are completely screwed up and you can't use any of them! I'm on an iPhone 7+ Taylor sense to monitor my guitar however is working great.

The recording function works well, but this particular version has issues when I press the song tools button. It takes me to a new screen, I presume which asks me to save the name of the recording, but I can't really tell. It's mostly off the screen, and the touch zones won't allow button presses anymore. Must restart app to get back to previous screen. I presume there's a graphical frame scaling assumption which is wrong. Keep going guys...this app is a great addition...just needs some tweaking.
