Awesome potential but 4 track song tools crash the program. Great to have a 4 track recorder but only include it when you get it working.

Just updated the app to the 4/24/17 version. The recording tools work. But again the tuner reads all of my strings as almost a whole step low. Again I used three other tuners (both iPhone tuner apps and stand alone electronic tuners) and then used the Taylor tuner app and it reads the pitch as low.

This app was a great idea when it worked. Since Apple released iOS 11, this app has been completely worthless. It crashes every time you want to check the data on your very expensive Taylor guitar. What’s the point of selling the Taylor Sense product to monitor the health of your guitar when you don’t ensure that the App stays functional during iOS updates?

When spending thousands on your guitar you want to protect your investment...so, enter Taylor Sense. A product to help you monitor the climate of your guitar, humidity levels, battery level and even bumps and drops. When working, 4.5 stars. When not working, -2 stars. If we have to dish out additional money to add the Bluetooth connectivity with our guitar then you had better ensure that the app works at least 99% of the time. Since the iOS 11 update, this app has been useless in the monitoring of my guitar and is just plane frustrating! Please fix this soon Taylor Guitars!!!

I would put zero stars but it won’t let me... This app doesn’t work. It is absolutely useless as it currently is designed. Taylor please fix it.

So the app doesn't work but you continue selling the Taylor Sense? Need my $100 bucks back!

Since I upgraded to an IPhone X the app has not worked. When attempting to log into my profile it says there is no internet connection although both cellular and WiFi are available. I hate that i spent $$ hardware for my 814ce that now doesn’t work. Update the app please.

After reading the positive reviews from magazines regarding the feature functionality of the TaylorSense product, I bought two units. I did not see the Apple reviews until now. The first unit worked for one day. The second unit would not register humidity correctly, but temp was correct and the iPhone 7+ running iOS 11.2.2 recognized it. Now in the evening of the second day neither unit can be found on bluetooth. I contacted Taylor support, and they assisted in troubleshooting the units. I have used Taylor guitars for years and believe that they will stand behind any product that bears their name.
