Love the app and the device and would give 5 stars if I could still get the device. I have multiple Taylor Guitars but only have one of the TaylorSense devices. Would love to put one in each of my guitars!!
Outstanding Customer Service

My TaylorSense was acting up, giving some crazy temperature readings and false battery life. The Customer Service team helped first to determine that the app was not updated, then, after the update, they determined the unit was most likely faulty. I was promptly shipped a new unit which, so far, is working well, as is the app. As a performer, the information TaylorSense provides is very important in keeping my 812ce in the best condition. My special thanks to Jonathon Ortiz, Glenn Wolff, and Robert Bean. All 3 were helpful, courteous, and understanding.
New Graphics Are Awful

Please give us the ability to opt out of the new Taylor Sense graphics - the new version is awful. This app now provides less information and is more difficult to interpret in context. I used to get information and context I could digest with a single glance. A five-star app is now a two-star app. What were you thinking?

I like this app, but after recent update it is saying that 55% is high humidity??? Note the developer promptly notified me the bug was fixed. I checked and they are right. Works as intended now. This app helps me monitor temperature and humidity and I really like it!
Excellent and easy to use and track

Works really well. Easy to use. No more worries in measuring humidity during CT winters. Protect my guitar for years and winters too come. Measure temperature and battery life. Should be standard equipment. Well worth the $50 to install the hardware And the free app is delight. Excellent support too.
won’t work! needs updating!

when it worked, it worked well. after trying to sign in again, it kept telling me that it was unable to connect. no matter what I try, i am unable to get into the app because it won’t connect. this app needs updating. it’s a shame because i was so excited for it to work and wasted money on taylorsense.

UPDATE: Not sure what happened but I tried it again with a new login and it worked. The app is cool, tuner is not good, four track is cool, guitar stats are very useful, the care tab is a bit of a waste of app space. I would rate the working product as a 4 Star (good but the tuner could be better and the recording tool has great functionality but is oddly displayed, lots of clicks on little tiny buttons going back and forth and the screen is extra small since it is displayed in a window in window format) Overall I truthfully had a very frustrating experience, I wouldn’t recommended this product because of my experience alone but they delayed launch several times and I hope they work out all the kinks with their product delivery and the customer journey. Original Review: Sorry, 1 star because it has a critical error, as a result I can’t use it, ERROR “duplicate entry for ... for key PRIMARY”, can’t use the app if I can’t setup a profile or log in. Update 1/21/18 Updated iOS to 11.2.2, now it says i don’t have Internet which it says when I’m connected to WiFi and also on cellular (it has cell data turned on in the settings). So, still can’t use Taylor sense =1 Star
