I swear that this app never remembers my information and makes me log in every week! This is just for food!!! And when I do go to log in, it acts like it can’t register my password and doesn’t log me in. I have changed it at least 4 times!! It’s really not worth this much work....?

Can I give this app negative stars? Every time I try to order using the app it NEVER ACCEPTS MY PAYMENT. This app is useless garbage.

Late night/early morning food choices in Kzoo are slim. A happy option for the patient individuals is Taco Bell at Main and Drake. Thanks Wed night crew!

Ordered a Dorito Taco....got my order, but it was a plain taco. Went back to complain and they said “We don’t have those shells.”. Then, why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered or when I picked up the order?? Not ok!!

I tried the app about 8 months ago. When I got to the store, which is about 15 minutes away from home the food was not even ready. They had just started making it. I deleted the app at that time but thought I’d try again today. Disastrous experience. It would not take my order, the items I selected would not load. Then I found out that multiple items were out of stock once I got to the store and ordered it manually. Nothing on the app tells you that a particular item is not offered at your local store. Nothing tells you they are out of stock. Instead the app just spins its wheels. I have deleted the app again and will not be downloading it again.

Suggestion- You should have a scannable QR code that the Cashiers can scan to give you rewards points directly to your account for your order in person. You should not have to order through the app and or have to pay through the app. Dunkin’ Donuts system is really good and I think it would benefit you and your customers to invest in that style of a system.
