This is an amazing app for dealing with the annoyance of group outings and single checks. Honestly I don’t know why restaurants don’t have this system fully integrated already. I have to say that at least on one occasion it incorrectly calculated the the portioned amounts and we ended up giving the server an outrageous tip.

I always end up making a spreadsheet to calculate the how to split the bill but this app just simplified everything!!! It so easy to use and I feel like they have thought about everything.

After having used this app quite a lot, I realized that the only complaint I had with it was the lack of conclusion screen that shows all the person/bill-total pairs in the same screen. I reached out to customer support and they replied very quickly and updated me on plans to incorporate this feature in the future. I appreciate how the developers continue to iterate on the design to meet users needs.

I like this app, but when the tip is included it did not divide the totals appropriately.
You lose itemized details after done

Once you’re done with a tab, you can’t view the itemized details. It’s just gives you an overview per person (up to 5). If you have more than 5 people you will not see the extra details, and you’re not able to make edits to the tab. The rest of the experience is great. Too bad it’s just half way good.

Does a nice job of scanning the bill, makes it easy to split both total & tip. I particularly liked how it allows you to split a person’s bill among the rest of the party (e.g., for a birthday outing).

I'm glad you guys are making improvements. I've been using for years and it's still the only app I can take a photo and split the bill with. It was buggy and missed some things on the receipts but I'm glad youre working to improve.
