If the person you want to find closes the app you can’t find them. They close the app because that is what everyone does to save battery life. If my family member is broken down on the side of the road or in the hospital they are not going to necessarily be able to click on the phone to update there location ( which is what you have to do if you closed the app) So all they have to say is “oops I closed the app” and they can go wherever the hell they want. Nothing “safe & found” with this service. Not worth a penny.

Why bother?

You have to have your teenager download the app onto their phones, then when you want to locate them, they can either turn off their location or just delete the app... so what's the point in getting this app?! On top of that, I was already getting charged for the SFL on my account and now this S&F app you're changing more. I deleted the app, not worth fighting with my family every time I want to locate them!

I could not say enough great things about Safe & Found. I found the app to be extremely reliable and accurate, especially when I needed it most. Thank you so much Sprint!! Safe and Found really has a lot going, I have not came across an app quite like this one. Thank you so much Sprint!!

I can be at a restaurant with my family and the app will say they are still home. No accuracy with this app. Wanted to use this overseas in case we went separate ways but I cannot trust it.

Granted the previous app Sprint offered had its issues but it ALWAYs worked. I have had this one week and it is terrible. Why am I paying for a subscription if it doesn’t work like it should. I am home all Day and WiFi is always on but it does track not update locations and drains the battery beyond belief. Very disappointed. Bring back SFL!!!

Same problem ... can only locate myself and not my family member-son.

The sacky

Disgusted, I installed this app propery on both my phone and my son’s phone. However, it only finds my son when he opens the app!!!!! Itis advertised to always track family members if their phone is on. Does not work!!!!!!!!!!!

It tracks me and that’s all, what good is that? I have added family members and the best this app does is tell me when they leave or arrive at home. While they are away, it’s “tracking” is sporadic at best. I’m going to cancel this service. The family locater this app replaced was much better. Why did Sprint “fix” what was not broken?

Location issues

The app does not give you the most current information for locations. Currently the most updated time for one of the phones was 2 hours ago. If I needed to find my daughter in an emergency, this would not be helpful
