Same problem ... can only locate myself and not my family member-son. – T-Mobile Safe & Found Review

Disgusted, I installed this app propery on both my phone and my son’s phone. However, it only finds my son when he opens the app!!!!! Itis advertised to always track family members if their phone is on. Does not work!!!!!!!!!!!
